PHiMX is a command-line tool to generate XMI code of a project in PHP5. It can analyze recursively several directories of PHP scripts, supports various XMI formats and allows to integrate your own include_path.
Use pear(http://pear.php.net) to install PHiMX - actual version 1.0 beta1:
pear install http://phimx.sourceforge.net/PHiMX.tgz
You can use the sourceforge tools(forum, tracker, get source code) at http://sourceforge.net/projects/phimx.
